About Marina Dinevi:
In 2007 Dinevi Group finalized their most ambitious project: “Marina Dinevi” – St. Vlas – the first private yacht area of this caliber within the country, comprising of rear territory of 26 da (26 000 sq m) and aquatory of nearly 40 da (40 000 sq m).
The marina offers a capacity for up to 300 yachts and 50 of its berths can moor vessels over 25 m long. Each berth is equipped with the required communication facilities: power and water supply, mobile re-fuel (petrol or diesel), internet connection, cable TV, and fax and telephone line. The management provides regular 24-hour security, guard-patrols and video-monitoring.
The service and the holiday area includes a 5-star hotel, fish restaurants, a piano bar, a seamen’s club and other places of entertainment, as well as a supermarket, a number of shops, a sports-and-health complex, a medical center, a bank office, a public laundry, etc. The marina administration, frontier police, customs and immigration control, offices, special business meeting premises and conference halls are located in a separate administrative building. Yacht-owners can benefit from the shops and service-centers for yacht equipment and clothing, as well as from the facilities of a 50-tonne lifter for taking boats out on land, a haling device for their launching back on water, and workshops for maintenance and repairs. There is also the availability of qualified staff: service workers and captains. The project includes the further building of a customs department, the purpose being that the marina becomes one of the frontier-control posts of Bulgaria.
Following the strong necessity for protection of the local environment, “Dinevi” have secured the construction of a facility for discarding any refuse and waste-water from the yachts, which should prevent the aquatory from pollution.
The region is fully secure from risk, its safety is guaranteed and the necessary tests and research work has been completed before the final construction of a marina that certainly rates among those meeting all international standards.
